  1. An AR-Talk participant said that you hold two unaccredited doctoral degrees. Can you explain how you earned two doctorates, from which institution(s) and the exact dates they were conferred on you.
  2. Why did you not attempt to obtain your doctorate(s) through a regionally accredited institution, or from an institution accredited by some federally recognized agency?
  3. Did you have to take any examinations such as the Graduate Records Examination (GRE) in order to enter the doctoral program?
  4. What are the nature (or type) of the doctorates? (Ph.D., Th.D. Ed. D., etc.)
  5. Did you write any dissertations? What is/are the title(s) of your dissertation(s)? How many pages did they contain? Were any of these works you had published prior to the dissertation?
  6. Did you defend you dissertation(s)? What was the date and place of the defense(s)?
  7. Who were the members of your Ph.D. examining committee, if any?
  8. Is/Are your dissertations available through the any dissertation databases such as the UMI Dissertation Abstracts, ProQuest or others?
  9. Did you enter into any agreements with firms like UMI Dissertation Publishing to publish your dissertation, if any?
  10. If you had a Ph.D. committee, did any of its members demand any rewrites or revisions of your work?
  11. Were any "outside readers" involved in your Ph.D. committee if you had any?
  12. Did you write a dissertation proposal?
  13. Did you defend your dissertation proposal? What were the dates of the defense of your proposal?
  14. Is you dissertation proposal (if any) on file anywhere where it can be publicly examined?
  15. How many classroom hours (credit hours) did you take in the doctoral program? During what years did you do your course work? Did you actually spend any time in a classroom with real professors?
  16. Did you take any "preliminary exams" or intensive exams demanded by your doctoral program before submitting your dissertation proposal, if any? What was the date of your exams?
  17. Were any of your doctoral programs on line or conducted via videotape? Were life experiences or prior publications considered to have any relevant credit toward your doctoral work?
  18. Who were your professors? Did they have academic credentials, holding Ph.D.’s from regionally accredited universities?
